What we feel influences how we move. How we move influences how we think and feel.
Heartfelt is a workshop series that combines three central elements: movement, awareness, and introception – through precisely guided, consciously felt movements that appear calm on the outside, but are complex and profound on the inside.

This practice creates a state in which the body can regulate itself and the nervous system calms down – an important foundation for us to feel clearer, be more mentally present, and strengthen our entire system in the long term.

Vinyasa & Somatics

 
Experience the beauty and power that comes from your heart.

Through gracefully flowing, creatively structured sequences with a focus on backbends and spinal mobilization, you will create space for expansiveness in your upper body, allow your breath to flow more freely, and create a new lightness in your posture to emerge.

The focus of this workshop is not only on the physical level, but also on what resonates in the heart: compassion, love, grief, world-weariness, vulnerability, gratitude. Learn why these qualities are considered central elements in many yoga traditions and what they might mean for our time today.

This workshop is an invitation to create movements that come less from the head and more from the heart, from your sensing. Stability meets sensitivity, backbends become an expression of expansiveness and inner alignment, and the breath becomes a means of mindfulness.

Yin & Somatics

 

The calm and deceleration of Yin Yoga meets the gentle, exploratory movement of somatics. Somatic exercises are particularly about curious feeling: You explore inner sensations with time and space. This strengthens the connection between body and brain and gradually prepares you for relaxation.

The fascial network – a finely woven fabric that connects muscles, organs, and nerves – is also known as the “third brain” in body research. Yin Yoga specifically targets this layer: Our fascia contains numerous nerve endings that communicate with the vagus nerve – an important part of the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for rest and regeneration.

The soothing combination of stillness, gentle movement, and insights into the connection between body and brain can help you give muscular, emotional, and mental tensions more space to release – and strengthen your inner presence and resilience.
