Even before I started yoga, I was fascinated by the power of the breath. My yoga practice increased this fascination.
Breath plays a central role in yoga as a connecting force that reflects a constant flow of give and take, of ups and downs.
Studies show more and more that conscious breathing brings numerous positive effects: It promotes resilience, improves digestion and sleep, and is calming the mental and physical responses to stress.
One more reason to delve a little deeper into the fascination of the breath.
Join us: a dynamic-playful, powerful-creative yoga flow that strengthens the connection to your breath. Introductory breathing exercises and final reflection and meditation make this workshop a complete experience.
