Teaching Yoga is not only about sophisticated techniques, but rather it’s about establishing a balanced inner attitude. Through our training programme you will receive open-minded guidance into the art of teaching as well as into the wide and full spectrum of yoga. It offers the opportunity to deep dive into the philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga, as well as an exploration of technical content such as anatomy, alignment and establishing a business as a yoga teacher. The training programmes are designed for people who want to learn to teach, as well as for those who purely want to experience yoga more deeply both physically and spiritually and take their own practice to the next level.

Retreat

Retreat

Retreat means to withdraw. For four or seven days you are embraced by the beauty of nature. Enjoying rich, natural, quality food and practising lots and lots of yoga and meditation. This is perfect for you if you are looking for a time to balance, strengthen and soften, to do yoga and be in nature. Often it just takes a short time of drawing away from all the external influences in order to feel more free and internally charged.

During a workshop or an intensive, you dive deep into a very specific topic, in an experimental and experience-oriented way. This is perfect for you if you want to explore a certain area by looking more closely using certain techniques tailored to that area.

One on One

One on One

One-on-One sessions provide an amazing opportunity to meet your needs individually. You learn how to recognise and appreciate your own needs in order to be able to respond to them in a nurturing way. Individual sessions are all about learning what is good for you and how you can give yourself and your body exactly what it wants and needs. They are a great way to connect deeply to your own body and to sharpen your intuition and body awareness.

I offer One-on-One sessions in the following areas:

Experience your own yoga. Mindfully and consciously, you’ll sense in your own body which exercises at this moment are the most useful to your body and whole being. Learn how Yoga, Thai Massage and Reiki melt into each other for 60 or 90 minutes. A big difference to the group lesson is that in an individual lesson your personal, very individual needs are the entire focus of the hour. Intensive, precise as well as intuitive work on your own body allows you to develop a deeper understanding of your body and its demands. Together we discover which yoga, meditation or breathing exercises are most effective for your individual needs. You choose the focus: alignment in yoga poses, developing your own practice, getting back into practice after an injury, finding inner strength, connectedness, etc. I’m looking forward to hearing more about your ideas for a one-to-one lesson.

Home visits possible.

Enjoy a pure energy boost and experience how the body’s energies return to their original paths. For 30 or 60 minutes you can recharge your batteries with this form of alternative medicine and energy work. Enjoy how my hands rest silently on your body for a few moments and how your body absorbs universal energy through my hands. You might experience a pleasant warmth or a relaxed state.

A Reiki session is a powerful tool to connect the body, mind and spirit, to let energies flow freely, to rest the nervous system and to energize your whole being in a relaxed way.

Home visits possible.

Enjoy the magic of a Thai massage. Feel how the body’s own energies move back into their original pathways through gentle pressure and passive stretching. Metta, the loving, friendly and healing energy that flows through our hearts, plays an important role in Thai massage. Enjoy an immersion into the healing energies of the heart. Today there are many studies that show when we enter a space filled with kindness and love, we feel safe and comfortable, so we are more easily able to let go of old, used energy and create space so that healing can occur.

During the Thai massage, tension can be released for energies to flow more easily. The massage has a soothing, balancing and invigorating effect.

One treatment takes about 120 minutes. Your nervous system has the time and space to find calm. You are moved from a supine position on to the side, the stomach and into sitting, so it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing. It is a complete massage from foot to head. Your body awareness increases and you may experience a quite calm, meditative state for one moment or another.
