Dessert, snack, energy kick, happy moment, whatever. Bliss Balls almost always fit! I love that they are so easy to make, so delicious and full of good energy.

There are many variations of these delicious sweets. Feel free to vary with dried fruits and nuts.

My current absolute favourite:

choco-bliss

1/4 cup cacao powder
pinch of himalaya salt
a touch of vanilla
1 cup walnuts & almonds (best soaked in water for 4 hours then rinsed)
1 cup oats
1 cup dates
2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon almond-butter
optional 1 tablespoon Maca Powder
optional 1-2 drops of dōTERRA Cinnamon or Wild Orange

optional toppings:
sesame seeds
cacao powder with a little cinnamon
coconut flakes

Mix all dry ingredients in a food processor to a coarse flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it forms some kind of dough. Ideally, the dough forms into a big ball. The dough is good if you squeeze a bit of the mixture between your fingers and it stays and does not crumble apart. If the mixture is too dry, add more water, coconut oil or dates. If it is too moist, add some oats.

Form the dough into small balls and twist and turn into your favourite-bliss-topping. I like cocoa with cinnamon.

Cool off in the fridge or enjoy right away!
